Network Wi Fi Connection

I have a nearly new Win 11 laptop that does everything I want.

My new Win 11 laptop does the same except one thing, it does not connect with my WDTV Live media player for transferring files.

Both pc's have the same network connections. There are no errors in Device Management.

I have tried a Network reset 3 times to no avail.

I now have 2 ASUS Win 11 laptops different models and both are working as they should. Just a few things to do to my liking.

My nearly new laptop shows all network drivers. My x Hp laptop has been changed to one of the same make ASUS

You could try rebooting the router if you haven't already, sometimes this will resolve connectivity issues

Hi Chris, I do not get any error messages. My other pcs, have more drivers than this one.

It will be returned to Curry's as it's only 3 days old.

When you  try to connect the new laptop what happens? Do you get any error messages?
