New contract of £53 agreed today by your rep on a phone call for all the same service, but no email received as promised. Normal poor service.Need to find new provider.

There is no renewal order on your account, you need to call the loyalty team again (on 03451720088 ).

Forgive me, but I am not sure I understand? Is this a Broadband issue, or more of a billing/contract question?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
