Hi it's been 4-5 years since I got my account with TalkTalk and my router is no longer functioning properly Can we get a replacement?

Make sure you have completed your community forum profile details with your Talktalk phone number or account number, @hanastewartsmith.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu..... Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
