Hi there,
I recently received my new TalkTalk router (Sagemcom router with bronze holes). However, I am unable to connect to my work VPN.
The IT department at my work have tried everything to resolve the issue, but its still not working. I have also called TalkTalk and they asked me to use an ethernet cable, but that didn't work either.
I have seen other threads suggesting that the Firmware needs updating.
Would it be possible for someone to resolve this issue for me please.
