My router is very old, I've changed suppliers twice. It seems to keep dropping my Internet connection. Would I be able to get a new one?

Hi

As you have migrated from Shell recently, we have a dedicated Migration Team to assist with any issues.

You can reach the Team by Calling 0345 172 0088 and requesting to speak to the Shell Migration Team, or alternatively, you can find Live Chat to the Migration team at the link below :

https://talktalk.co.uk/migration

We regret that we are unable to assist Shell Migrated customers via the Community at this time, and do hope to offer support in the near future.

Regards,

Karl.

Hi

Can you please update your Community Profile to include your

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Karl
