Hi

 I’m in N10 and my broadband has just dropped out completely…

I did a test and the fix said there were problems..

how do I find out how long this interruption will last..?

I work from home!!

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response, but in the meantime can you confirm if your router light is solid orange or is it flashing as if trying to connect.

Have you tried a pinhole reset of the router?. Insert a pin in the hole until it restarts.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
