Thanks for looking in to this for me and your reply and I have had a email from talktalk about one hour ago and about 10mins from royal mail with a delivery for tomorrow so thanks for your help

Our warehouse team has confirmed that the router and DVA have been ordered and were shipped yesterday, so this should arrive for when your service is upgraded.
