update to full fibre on 24th no sign of router or Dva adapter on my account or text with tracking number is it possible if you can check for me much appreciated

Just an update on upgrade openreach arrived 9:50 after about one hour fifteen minutes fibre in and up and running ten minutes later and also digital voice set up no problem speed at 150 so all good

Thanks for looking in to this for me and your reply and I have had a email from talktalk about one hour ago and about 10mins from royal mail with a delivery for tomorrow so thanks for your help

Our warehouse team has confirmed that the router and DVA have been ordered and were shipped yesterday, so this should arrive for when your service is upgraded.
