Hello
On the 19th my internet went down. The router has flashed amber since. When it first started, the talktalk site said about hub issues. I was away over Christmas till the 27th and had turned the router off.
Tried everything on the site, resetting, taking cables out etc
Longer it goes on, longer it's affecting day to day as I'm leaning on my phone's data to do anything.

Ensure that your community profile details are completed, with your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu to complete the details and scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
