Replacement modem/router

I have a rather old modem originally supplied by Shell. It is a VMG3925-B10C. It has an old firmware version which I am nervous about trying to update as it is obsolete equipment.

 

Can I get a new modem, please?

As you have migrated from Shell recently, we have a dedicated Migration Team to assist with any issues.

Make sure that your community profile is completed for staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Complete details in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

As a Shell customer you will need to phone and speak to the Shell Migration Team as staff here have limited or no access to Shell Systems.
