Help,

I am out of contract with Taltalk today 19 October.

Removed  route , need to send it back but where?

I thought I had signed up with another provider but I had not.

Dumb, yes.

So on mobile broadband now .

Message on my TalkTalk account says I can’t look at new deals as I am moving!
what to do now?
Just forget broadband and use phone instead .

Hi Pollo

 

Your service was cancelled on the 19th Oct, looks like you requested to cancel on the 10th Sept.

 

You will need to place a new order.

If you want to renew your contract with TalkTalk, then call the Loyalty Dept on 0345 1725157 or 0330 1278960.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
