hi , ive paid for the brodband but its still not connected

Have your restarted your router?  

 

Bars can take upto 2 hours to remove.

How long ago did you pay?

 

If your payment has cleared (this is not immediate), then you should turn your router off for at least 30 minutes to start a new session.
