I need to reduce the cost of my bill. Maybe I could reduce the fibre from 65 to 35? I could even delete my landline. I just need broadband for my computer & TV. I don't need any fancy add-ons .Can you give me some prices for these please?

Many thanks

Daphne Cooper

@Markt51 ,

If you are out of contract and want to negotiate a new one, you should phone customer services and ask for the loyalty team, as the original poster was advised.

Hi Fernandria

I would suggest calling the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to see what options are available to maybe reduce your costs

Regards.

You can't remove the landline from a FTTC line, and you are not charged extra for it - as long as you don't make calls (24p per minute to ordinary landline numbers).

You need to ring up to see if you can downgrade, and simply check prices on the main Talktalk website. They are all listed in the small print at the bottom of the sales pages.

Be aware that if you are not in the last month of a contract, you could be charged a £30 fee for changing your contract/package midterm, which will wipe out any likely savings.

Put "pricing" in the forum search engine for details of one off fees etc.

Staff on the forum cannot help with this - you need to contact Talktalk directly by phone or Chat.
