I received an email from Talktalk about referring friends, so I prompty followed the instructions and sent a referral to a friend. My friend follwed the instructions on the email and received the follow up email confirming that they had locked in the offer and to follow the link to "find your package", however upon clicking the link a web page opens with an error saying "ooops something went wrong". I also tried the link with the same effect. So I went to my referral dashboard and it is confirmed the offer is locked in and is pending. I'm assumming the "pending" is waiting of the friend to click the link and sign up to one of the available packages to which they cannot complete!
Can you please check and advise how to complete this referal offer, thanks.

Both links have to be clicked, but if the problem still occurs call us and ask to speak to the refer a friend team, they may have to issue a new link.
