Hello. I require a replacement router, as the other router broke beyond repair has been recycled. I need some help making this a reality.

If Talk Talk want to charge me £50 cos I binned a broken router, then so be it, man.

It could have been replaced a lot sooner if you had reported this earlier, before recycling your old router. Be careful that you are not charged, as TalkTalk expect you to return the old one to them, for which they supply a free returns bag with each new router. Being a customer myself, that is between you & TalkTalk.
I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and asked them to replace it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
