Hi, I received a new router but couldn’t get a signal, I have had a TalkTalk engineer call to the house who couldn’t sort the problem so have had an Open Reach engineer today who has finally got the broadband working but said the router is faulted and I need a replacement - how do I get through to someone to request one please?
