Request a return bag for my router

I have cancelled my contract due to be cancelled on 23/08/2024 and when no return bag arrived last week i phoned customer services to request one. They said the bag should arrive this past week but no luck. How do i request a returns bag?

i am still waiting for a return bag snd a final bill, really bad customer service, zero communication, only to tell me what badge i have earned?! Seriously????

Yes i have now added the landline number and acvount number in the hope that a bag will be sent and i will get my final bill

I have put my account number in biography as not v user friendly. To be honest this process is frustrating, i asked for a retirns bag by phone weeks ago. My account was supposed to ge cancelled on 23rd August, should i have had the final bill on 1st September? As no communication from talktalk.
