I have cancelled my contract due to be cancelled on 23/08/2024 and when no return bag arrived last week i phoned customer services to request one. They said the bag should arrive this past week but no luck. How do i request a returns bag?

I have put my account number in biography as not v user friendly. To be honest this process is frustrating, i asked for a retirns bag by phone weeks ago. My account was supposed to ge cancelled on 23rd August, should i have had the final bill on 1st September? As no communication from talktalk.

i havent received a return bag yet. My landline has now been disconnected as cancelled. I have put my mobile on profile but let me know if nit there
