Hi. I’ve received a letter and a returns bag asking me to return my equipment. I’ve no idea why I’ve got this, I haven’t left Talktalk or obtained new equipment. It says at the bottom of the letter I may be charged £50 if I don’t return it! Not sure what to do. Thanks

There is nothing on your account, the letter must have been generated in error.
