I have closed my account and transferred my broadband to another provider. Do I need to send the old router back to TalkTalk and where do I send it?

Hi Jeremyhudson,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Chris

Yes, you need to return the router. Staff can send you a prepaid returns bag, if you haven't received one.
Make sure your address details are up to date in the profile area (go via your avatar, settings etc).
