Hello, I have now ceased services with TalkTalk and migrated to another ISP. I have two questions regarding returning equipment to TalkTalk please.
1. I have returned a TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2 using the prepaid plastic bag supplied from TalkTalk. Will I get any notification from TalkTalk acknowledging that they received the item? Note this Wi-Fi Hub 2 was left with me when CityFibre was installed in my premises so maybe TalkTalk will not have any knowledge of supplying it to me. I was given a receipt from the Post Office when it was posted.
2. My original Router is a HUAWEI HG633, will TalkTalk require this router to be returned to them?

I forgot how i got the first prepaid bag, i think it was via using the online Chat. Is there an email address where I can order a prepaid returns bag.

Hi thanks for the info. I did not know about tracking the parcel. The link https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Returning-your-TalkTalk-equipment/ta-p/2348381 shows the below routers they want returning, my HUAWEI HG633 is not listed so I will take it to a recycling center.

You might as well ask for a returns bag for the HG633, as it won't be of any further use to you.
I've only once had a "receipt" email and it was when they sent me something out - they sent the wrong email.
Have never had an acknowledgement other than that!
But you can trace equipment arriving at their depot on Royal Mail.
