Hi,
I'm trying to stop the router from automatically changing the channels and enabling the 2.4Ghz band as I've set the network to run only on 5Ghz and on channels below 48 in order to optimise it for my streaming device, but it keeps going back to its old settings every day.
I've read WIFI Optimisation is the main cause of this, so can it be switched off, please?

Assuming you have the Sagemcom Hub the support team here can fix this for you. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
