Good afternoon
My PPTP VPN tunnel to work no longer works after the firmware on the router were updated by the support team in talktalk, The firmware version is SG4K100136 , the router is SAGEMCOM CS50001 FAST 5364
IT department at work have confirmed the VPN is ok and can connect my VPN policy from different laptops, at different geographic locations, on different ISP’s.
I have had many calls with support team at talktalk regarding this issue and have had no solution.
Can you help please?
