Hi

please help me resolve this, I am an old post office forwarded customer, i have an old post office modem router, which is loosing 5g WIFI constantly and the 2.4g is very weak i can barely get 1mbps when away from router

when connecting through ethernet or WIFI but close to router the 2.4g works fine

but 5g never

I would like a new TALKTALK modem router as it seems the post office one is tiered and a replacement is needed

Anything connected with the Shell migration has to be dealt with by that team, @ya0148.

been an hour an half with them transferring me from dep to dep
