Hi My Router is no longer turning on at all, I have check the socket is working and it is but getting nothing

 

I work from home so it is vital I get my internet back online

Apologies, if the router has become faulty then the only thing we can do is send a replacement.

 

It may arrive within the 24hrs but we advise 24-48hrs.

Thanks for that Debbie! Is there anything I can do in the meantime as I will now have no internet for up to 48 hours which is vital for my job

Just to confirm, there are no lights at all showing on the router?

 

Have you tried a pin hole reset for ten seconds?
