Hi My Router is no longer turning on at all, I have check the socket is working and it is but getting nothing

Apologies, if the router has become faulty then the only thing we can do is send a replacement.
It may arrive within the 24hrs but we advise 24-48hrs.

Just to confirm, there are no lights at all showing on the router?
Have you tried a pin hole reset for ten seconds?
