Router not working

Hi

I have a router Fast 5364-3,  from miday today the wired connection are not working.

WiFi work well.

I have swithched on an off, waited 30 minutes, no luck.

I have phoned custumers support, spoke to two people, they said that they will fix it, but since then not contact. They did not said what they will do.

I need the router for  work!!!

Hi Debbie

I have received the route, it is installed and the wired connection works ok.

 

info there was only one micro filter in the box. Tomorrow,  I will send back the old router.

 

I have some issues with the wi-fi.

In the old router I could set up the wi-fi ssd without being visible and and allow the devices MAC address. I cannot do that any more. The ssd has to be visible and allow all.

Can you help?

does the router need a software update?

Hi @windpower how many wired devices do you have? Are they connected directly to the router?
