Router not working

I've had my router of many years - it's an old type, black with with 4 green lights. From time to time it goes dead - all the lights go off and the internet goes down. I've checked that other electrical devices are working and and landline is live when this happens, so it's a problem with the router.
I can get it working again by pressing the on/off button several times, and eventually it restarts. My concerned is that one day this will not work. So can I have a new router?

I've returned the old router, and another faulty one I had, in the bag provided. I've still got an old TalkTalk TV box and two remote controls which I would like to send back. Can you send me another returns bag?
