This is my first post at the start of this month I had a power outage because of road works when power returned the ont came back on and so did router but light on the front just flashing red left for a couple of hours . Phoned TT and they did a line check and said router faulty so ordered new one sagecom hub2 said 2/4 days.
No show I had a friend call on the Friday to set it up but had a look to try and resolve it but chance .rang TT again about router said had gone missing orderd another 2/3 days no show rang numerous times and promised router my friend came back from holiday 21/2 weeks 26th oct so call to see me and had brought a borrowed router to check out got Internet back still no show of new router today 31 st oct came with another router as need to return first one but came with test equipment and found out it was all along the power pack was faulty only showing 7.6 to 8.35 volts in stead of 12volt so now original router now rig up with dell transformer .
So this as now been one month all because of a router at start of month with numerous calls to TT please help
