Sagemcom FAST5364 MAC filter switches to deny

Several times recently the MAC filter setting on my Sagemcom FAST5364 has flipped from Allow or Allow All to Deny.  Versions:

 

Serial Number: N7192614N002976

Hardware Version: FAST5364 3.00

Software Version: SG4K100136

GUI Version: 5.6.1

 

Any idea why this would happen? And how to stop it?
