I was recently issued with a Wi-Fi extender (Sagemcom) which worked for a couple weeks but now get a red and fails to connect to my router. I have tried resetting the unit and getting it to connect again as per instructions but end up with red light. Can someone in support send me another one since the unit sent to me appears faulty. Thanks.
