Solid orange light on router and no internet for past 2 hours

Tried rebooting, the light flashes orange and white for a while then goes solid orange. Hard to get through to TalkTalk on the phone and no reports of outages nearby.

We've received an update to advise that Openreach have now resolved the fault. Is your connection now working ok?

Good morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that the line test has detected a potential external line fault and this has been raised to Openreach for further investigation. We'll check again later on today for an update and will post back here.

You won't get through on the phone now as they shut at 7:00pm. Try again after 9:00am tomorrow, or wait for a response from the support team here. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
