Tried to accept an offer on my account,on phone for 6hours in total at one point they were treating me as a new customer,wanted to send me a new router and have somebody come and install it after a lot of explaining they were un able to sort the problem and promised to phone back(no they did not).

You will need to phone or use Chat to sort this out as forum staff are not authorised to set deals up, @Keithkeit.

Perhaps also check 3rd party sites to see if it's available cheaper, then haggle. The offers in My Account are usually less wonderful.
