The broadband connection keeps dropping, that is cured by switching the router off then on again.

 

Becoming more and more frequent, now at least once per day or so, but when it needs rebooting it often needs it three or more times.

Turned of for 45 minutes, now at 36 Mb/s (35.8 to be exact).

OK  thanks Steve. Can you switch the router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know if there's any imrovement

Landline seems OK, no noise.

 

Download is still around 30 Mb/s, but the router has been OK for the past 24 hours.

Speed is down to 30 Mb/s as well
