Tslktalk Cancelled my account

I have been with tiscsli/talktalk over 30years last may we moved home but told talktalk it may be a long time till we need connecting to broadband as we are renovating they advised to keep moving the engineers appointment that was a mission in itself it took over an hour each time on the chat and the last time I did it I was told that I can't do it more than 2x and i have caused problems by doing it he/she was so rude and they told me they will cancel my account and I need to cancel my account which is really annoying as we are ready to move in I'm 4 weeks time any advice
