Hello, you've recently turned off wifi optimisation as i requested but both frequencies seem to be reverting back to channels I hadn't left them on, particularly 2.4, which is causing the same congestion problems as before. Could you confirm that my wifi optimisation is still turned off?

If the router has been fully reset, or another router connected, this will have optimisation turned on.
We can no longer turn optimisation off for customers now as this is fully automated.

Have you had occasion to reset your router at all? If so, that would automatically re-enable optimisation. And the team here are no longer able to disable this.
