Upgrading my broadband

Hi all,

Can someone confirm/deny please

I currently have Fibre 35 broadband ( Im no gamer and it works for me ) but I've been told by a friend who also HAD Fibre 35 that they were upgraded to Fivre 65 for no extra charge. Is that correct?

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088. They will be able to see what options are available

I don't think there is any difference in pricing between the two these days. I imagine your friend was upgraded at the point of renewing a deal. Bear in mind that your fibre speed will only be as fast as your line can support.
