Hi there,
I know there are many posts like this one but I am currently commuting between hospital and working from home, when suddenly my VPN stopped working when I tried to sign in from home. I haven’t previously experienced any issues but realised it’s a problem when I ventured on here. Can anyone advise how this can be sorted please?

thanks so much for the replies, I am home atm if that helps. The router is a SG4K100130 but I would have to check with IT regarding the VPN and they aren’t in until Tuesday. I was hoping the firmware update would sort things 🙏🏻..

Apologies for this.
I will need to make a change to your router firmware.
When would be the best time to update the firmware? We advise to leave the router switched on without rebooting whilst we update the FW.

Hi @Maudymumfuzz,
What model of router do you have ?
If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub can you go to http://192.168.1.1/ and see what 'version' it says near the bottom of the login screen (it will start with SG4K)
Also, what VPN software are you trying to use, or is it the built in Windows 10/11 VPN ?
