I recently raised https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/IKEv2-split-tunnel-authentication-issues/m-p/2851957, Debbie kindly issued us with a new router and asked for me to retest once the router had arrived. I have set this up however there has been no change to the circumstances.

If you have Windows 10/11 & use the internal Windows VPN client, they were broken in the last Patch Tuesday update. To remedy this you must install the following optional update:-
Windows 10 KB5010793
Windows 11 KB5010795
