HI, I have been off work for a week and there was an update a week ago and now I can't connect to my work VPN. Can some help me please?
Also I had no internet this morning and was speaking with someone on the support chat (from my phone) they asked me to press the reset button on the router which got me back online.
VPN software: built in windows 10.
Router: Sagemcom.

Apologies for this. I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest and let us know how the connection compares?

Hi @mkayy,
If the firmware has updated to a new version on your Sagemcom then this will probably be causing the VPN issue.
The support team here will be able to help, they will probably be able to fix it by changing some router settings, they will hopefully be able to reply when they return on Monday.
