Hi,
I can't connect to my work VPN. Live Chat have said my firmware is up to date and my work IT department have said I need to contact TalkTalk.
I get the following error: 'A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed'.

Will it be ok if I make a change to your router firmware now?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
