Still getting a bill when I have cancelled account. I cancelled as I had been over paying from March and was never reimbursed . You now want to charge me

The account is disconnected.
The bill, is the last bill owed £7.50 +£12.50 late payment bill, due to the issues you had this final balance will be cleared.
You will receive a final zero balance bill
