Wi-Fi Dropping Out Due To Router Channel Hopping

I'm having issues with Wi-Fi dropping out and then reconnecting a minute later on various devices despite not changing my location, I think it's due to the router constantly changing channels and it's particularly bad when using devices on the 5 GHZ band.

 

I have the Sagemcom Fast 5364 Wi-Fi Hub which has that 'Remote Wi-Fi Optimisation' feature that constantly adjusts the channels automatically. Could someone please turn this off for me so I can set my own a stable channel to see if this improves things.

After seeing how it was over the weekend things seem to be more stable now, haven't had any issues so far.
