My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting and all devices in the household have no Internet access. If I reboot the router it works for a while. White light remains on the router when devices aren't connecting .
What can I do to rectify this?

Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, the team continue to work on a resolution and testing is currently taking place on a potential fix. Please check back here for updates.

Hi Lee,
I'm really sorry to hear this. I've run a test on your line now which is clear, however we are seeing quite a few posts about a white light on the router but no internet connection until the router is rebooted. This has already been escalated and it is under investigation and I will keep you updated as soon as I know more.
