Hello. I recently renewed my Fibre65 broadband service with Talktalk.

I thought I would have been sent a new more updated router as my current Sagemcom is 3 maybe 4 years old. Is this Sagemcom router still the best for my Fibre65 broadband? 

 

Also, I'm wondering about the wifi capabilities of my Sagemcom router. When I visit my daughter's house, my mobile phone on screen wifi icon changes to show wifi6. However when I'm at home connected to my Sagemcom my on screen wifi icon shows only 'normal' wifi.

Does my Sagemcom router provide wifi6?

Hi

 

The Sagemcom router is the only router TalkTalk currently supply.  this is Wi-Fi 5.

 

Our teams are looking at Wi-Fi 6 routers for the future, but as yet we have no further information.
