Hi,

My wifi has just gone completely out. Conveniently, just after their live chat hours stopped. I don't get 4g in my flat because my phone provider is bad so, am I supposed to go without internet and connection for the foreseeable future or are there any after-hours solutions? I can't call or text them. Is my wifi going to stay down or is it going to fix itself?

If you have data on your phone, you should still be able to get technical support on Live Chat, @JonesS. It's not shut for everything at 7pm. See full opening hours through the link on this page:
