For a few days when I try to login to My account, a blank page appears with the message:
"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is ..."
This happens when I try to connect to talktalk.co.uk on my laptop, using any browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome). I cleared the cache and all cookies but the problem is still happening.
It seems the talktalk website is blocked on my laptop.
All other websites are ok.
I tried connecting through a VPN and the problem still occurs.
Any idea how to solve this problem?

There is a chance that the software has done a recent update, Usually software has a whitelist that you can add allowed sites to.

Hi Arne-TalkTalk,
Thank you for your reply.
I found out that I have to disable the Webshield protection of Avast antivirus in order to access any talktalk website domains, including My Account and Mail. So now I know how to solve the problem but that means I am not protected from malware. I didn't have this problem until a few days ago.
Do you know why this may be the case?
Thank you

Hi green_tree
Have you tried using a different device?
Do you have a security program on the laptop, could be set too high.
