Hi,
I was upgraded at Talktalk's request to fttp in September 2023.
A new full fibre router was supplied.
I took out a new contract this month to fix my price for 24 months.
I told the Talktalk person that I did not need a new router as I had the new one from the earlier upgrade.
Talktalk have sent a new router and are charging me for it!
How do I get the charge removed and the unopened router back to Talktalk?

Hi suzyq16
I have removed the charge, there will be a pre paid returns bag in the box with the router.
Regards.
