I started a home move process about two weeks ago but had an issue witht he correct address appearing, I spoke to someone on the phone who said they will sort it and let me know once its done. I've heard nothing, when I try to find my "current home move progress", that part of the website is down/faulty and I've been trying for 3 days to get in contact but the phone lines are always saying they're closed and Live chat is also broken/down.
Getting really frustrated that I cant get in contact with anyone.

The homemove order has been placed today and the go live date for the new property appears to be the 27th
A confirmation email has also been sent.
