router dropping signal

I'm having a problem with my router dropping the signal I've done a line test it says everything is fine but its also affecting my TV the picture keeps buffering BBC and UKtv play are the worst I've tried all the usual rebooting the router etc nothing seems to work

I have reset the powerline adapters but I have not checked for wireless congestion

OK, so there are multiple issues possibly at play here. Have you tried resetting/re-pairing the powerline adapters? And using a WiFi analyser to check for wireless congestion in your vicinity?

wireless devices are affected. my computer and TV.  I have power adapters for the TV

What do you mean by "dropping the signal?" Is your router actually dropping the internet connection, or is it just wireless devices which are affected?
