I have changed wifi channels manually on my router.. next doors BT wifi was interfering.

router automatically reverted to previous.

Can I disable optimisation or does that have to be done by TT?

Any advice gratefully accepted.

Thanks !

You will have to wait until the support team are back on Monday, it can only be disabled by them. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
